璐兒私房菜: 和风豆腐芝士蛋糕
饼干底提前做好,放进冰箱
这一步可是关键哦,把200g chinese toufu里面的水分用重物压到只剩下150g,这个就是完成品啦~
把豆腐加入creamy cheese,搅拌到看不见豆腐,然后加入枫糖,2个鸡蛋,玉米粉,柠檬汁,继续搅拌...
搅好咯,准备去Sauna了,170度45分钟 ~~~
出炉~~~
要开动咯 :D
咔咔咔,每一口都融合了豆香和cheese香,超爱~~~
