butter和dark chocolate一起放入碗中,隔水加热并不断搅拌至完全融化
1个鸡蛋和1个蛋黄打入碗中,加入细砂糖并用打蛋器打发至稍有浓稠的感觉
混合dark chocolate, 蛋液和15ml rum酒,放入冰箱30分钟后,倒入蛋糕模型,220度烤8分钟,咔咔卡咔咔咔,我的volcano molten chocolate cake出爐咯!!!
當然要配個ice cream啦,冰火兩重天~~~
Perks me up !!.......Ice cream cold+ hot chocolate soft cake... :p yum yum~
哇!!!我的volcano爆發了,hohohoho~ 一口熱熱的volcano molten chocolate cake,一口冷冷的ice cream, 無所事事的假日午後。。。 時間都好像變慢了。。。
